SHIPPING
- All orders for stocked items are shipped at the beginning of every week.
- Tailor made, custom or pre-order times are shipped the same day they become available.
INTERNATIONAL
Delivery:
- Tracking number is provided with all items.
- Please allow 7 to 21 business days for standard shipping via DHL ecommerce
- Please allow 2 to 7 business days for express shipping via DHL express or Australia Post Express
AUSTRALIA
Delivery:
- Tracking number is provided with all items.
- Please allow 2 to 7 business days via Australia Post.
More Info:
- Once the parcel reaches the destination country, the parcel is handed over to the national postal service for delivery (i.e. USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, etc).
- If you would like to inquire about other shipping methods please e-mail us at info@viggor.com.au
- Please note that the amount of time that the shipment takes to arrive to you is an approximation. Mark Edward G Designs PTY LTD is not responsible for any delays during postage.
- Your order will only be processed and shipped once your payment has been confirmed, and the total balance is paid in full.
- Mark Edward G Designs PTY LTD takes no responsibility for goods stolen or damaged once delivered to your door.
Failed Delivery
You will receive an email notification if there is a failed delivery attempt by your national postal service. Please contact your national postal service to arrange redelivery or pickup. The tracking number that you need to provide to your national postal service is different to the ‘AUVIG’ DHL number provided. We will email you the unique tracking number (starting with ‘LW’,’LX’ or ‘RX’) when we receive notification of your failed delivery attempt via our internal system. If you would like this unique tracking number sooner, please email us at sales@viggor.com.au and we will provide you with the number as soon as it’s available.
RETURNS POLICY
Refund is valid for full priced items only. Exchange and credit note is valid for full priced items and sale items (sale items cannot be returned for a refund).
Your refund, exchange or credit note will be processed once goods have been returned to Mark Edward G Designs PTY LTD.
We will only accept refund, exchange or credit note if:
- The goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact.
- The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed.
- The goods are returned within 60 days from purchase date.
- The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.
We are happy to exchange stock items that are not the right fit (subject to availability).
We will provide you with a refund at our discretion for items that:
- Are faulty (faulty products do not include items that have incurred wear and tear, have been damaged after delivery, and items where you haven’t followed the care label instructions).
- Have been wrongly described.
- Are different to the goods that you ordered.
The following items can't be returned for refund, exchange or credit note:
- Tailor made, custom or personalised orders.
Mark Edward G Designs PTY LTD will reimburse any reasonable documented shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty, wrongly described or different to the goods that you ordered.
Please Note:
All returns must be returned to Mark Edward G Designs PTY LTD within 60 days from delivery date to be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the client. Returns after the 60 day period will not be accepted. If a refund is approved, the refund will be applied to the original card or PayPal account of purchase. We do not refund original shipping charges.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable to ensure safe and documented delivery. Mark Edward G Designs PTY LTD take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable and are at your expense, unless goods that have been deemed faulty, wrongly described or different to the goods that you ordered.
To return an item:
- 1. Notify Mark Edward G Designs PTY LTD via email at sales@viggor.com.au stating the item you would like to return and the reasons why. If you would like to exchange, please specify the alternate choice in your email.
- 2. Once approved, pack your item in secure packaging and send to the below address.
- 3. Please include a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase.
