TAILOR MADE, CUSTOM & PRE-ORDER POLICY

• We can estimate but not guarantee a specific shipping date. Depending on the volume of orders, and your place in line, please be aware that shipping of belts could take up to 2 weeks, and jackets up to 8 weeks. We will ship items the moment they are available.
• Refund, exchange and credit note is not available for tailor made & customised items.
• We do offer exchange and credit note for pre-orders.
• Mark Edward G Designs PTY LTD reserves the right to cancel pre-order, tailor made & customised items and refund customer payments if any of the items become unavailable.

We will provide you with a refund, exchange or credit note at our discretion for pre-order, tailor made & customised items that:

• Are faulty (faulty products do not include items that have incurred wear and tear, have been damaged after delivery, and items where you haven’t followed the care label instructions).
• Have been wrongly described.
• Are different to the goods that you ordered.

This only applies to pre-order, tailor made & customised goods that are returned to Mark Edward G Designs PTY LTD within 60 days of delivery. Please see SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY for more info.

CHANGES TO THIS PRE-ORDER POLICY 

Mark Edward G Designs PTY LTD has the discretion to update this Policy at any time. When we do, revise the updated date at the top of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
